RETURNS & EXCHANGES
TO INITIATE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@NASH-NY.COM WITH YOUR REQUEST AND ORDER NUMBER.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURN.
RETURN SHIPPING MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE ORDERED.
RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF ARRIVING AT OUR FACILITY. THIS PERIOD MAY BE LONGER DURING PEAK PERIODS.
IF WE DETERMINE THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
ITEMS PURCHASED DURING MARKDOWN PERIODS OR MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
REFUNDS
AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS RETURNED MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING ON YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER.
ONCE YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL. DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 DAYS TO POST THE REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
